How long is your reception open?
We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including night service!
Do you have an elevator?
We have an elevator in the hotel, some rooms are accessible by half stairs.
At what time can I check in?
You can check in from 3 p.m. Earlier arrivals are possible by arrangement.
When do I have to check out?
Check-out is until 11 a.m, extension is possible for a fee and upon request.
We would like to have breakfast. At what time is it possible?
Our breakfast buffet is open for you daily from 6:30 a.m to 10:00 a.m.
Do your rooms have balconies? Air conditioning?
One junior suite, 3 single rooms and our handicapped accessible room have a balcony. Unfortunately, our rooms do not have air conditioning.
How are your rooms equipped?
The room equipment and location varies within our room categories: Economy, Classic, Superior: All rooms are equipped with shower/WC or bath/WC (Superior),cosmetic mirror, cable TV, telephone, hairdryer, minibar, desk, seating area, radio reception, safe, shower & hand washing gel. Our Superior rooms also have a coffee and tea station and are located on the quiet side of the house with a view of the surrounding forests and the river (Schwarzwasser).
When is the sauna open?
Basically, our sauna is available for you every day. However, we switch on individually for you according to your wishes. The price per person per day is EUR 10,00 or EUR 15,00 incl. bathrobe and bath towel.
Do you have a fitness room?
Our fitness room is located on the 4th floor. This is available to you from 8:00 a.m - 10 p.m. You can get the key at the reception.
Is there a luggage service?
Yes, we are happy to help you with your luggage, please indicate this when booking.
Is there a smoking lounge?
No, we are a non smoking hotel.
Is it possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel?
Yes, our restaurant is open daily from 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. order closing time is 9:30 p.m. For larger groups we ask for table reservation. Thank you very much!
Is there a parking lot/underground garage in front of the hotel?
Our hotel has its own parking lot. Price per car/night EUR 8,00. Furthermore, we offer an underground parking garage for a fee. Price per car/night EUR 15,00.
Do you have a laundry service at the hotel?
Yes, for a fee you can have single pieces of clothing washed or ironed. No dry cleaning!
What cancellation or rebooking options do I have?
Please check this on your individual reservation confirmation, as this varies depending on the booking type. If in doubt, call us at 03774-1250 and we will be happy to help!
What are the possibilities to get to the old town of Schwarzenberg?
You have the possibility to go to the old town with the city transport line A, stop directly at the hotel. By car you can use the parking lot at Hammerweg and take the glass elevator up to the old town. The walk up to the castle is about 20 minutes.
What train connections are possible?
Our train station is only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. With the Erzgebirgsbahn you can go in the direction of Zwickau /Aue and Johanngeorgenstadt. From Johanngeorgenstadt you can change trains to continue to Karlsbad (Czech Republic).
Where is the nearest pharmacy or hairdresser?
Pharmacy and a hairdresser are located only about 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
Are there shopping facilities in the hotel?
Directly opposite is the shopping center (Ringcenter).
